Education

I am currently a junior at plymouth state university, completing a interdisciplinary studies degree combining Bio-Chemistry with Athletic Training. I have a 3.4 GPA and feel very comfortable with the subjects I have listed. My favorite subject listed is Anatomy. The human body interests me incredibly and I find it amazing how it functions.

Experience

I have no Experience with being a tutor in the past but have always held large study groups and have always been the leader in the group. It always helps me when I teach these subjects to students. I believe that certain students need different teaching styles than that of a classroom environment and this is what hinders there performance in a subject. I am currently a Freestyle ski coach at Waterville Valley resort. I have been coaching for 4 years now and have a lot of experience with teaching kids in innovative ways for them to grasp a concept.

Hobbies

Before I came to Plymouth state university I traveled the world following a professional skiing career. I compete in both Slope style and half pipe skiing. I competed in almost all the Dew tours for 4 years and made it too close to being accepted into the XGAMES. After about 5 years of competing I received a career ending injury and was unable to compete anymore. This is when I decided to head to Plymouth. As I have been here I fell in love with area and the white mountains. I found many new hobbies and spend most of my time rock climbing. I ski recreationally and have been a freestyle ski coach for Waterville Valley for 4 years. I spend my summers on Squam lake, NH fishing as much as possible. I am still looking for that 8 pound large mouth bass. I am truly happy with where I am in my college career and feel strongly about my academic accomplishments.
